The Council of Twelve

Made up of the Orcish and Draenei leaders that swore their aid and fealty to Harry Potter, the Council of Twelve are Harry's highest advisers (besides his lovers, naturally) and highest-ranking officers of war. While to an outsider it may seem unbalanced in favor of the orcs, this is far from true. given the more cohesive leadership of the Draenei, due to the fact that it was Velenara alone who led them from Argus to Draenor. This, as opposed to the Orcish clans being separate entities, has lead to only four of The Twelve being members of that race. The other eight members are the chieftains of the various Orcish tribes that were smart enough to listen to one Harry Potter when he showed up and warned them about the Burning Legion's trickery. Those tribes that refused were the first to suffer punitive action for siding with the Burning Legion.

The Council is made up of the following members:

ORCS:

Grommash Hellscream: Chieftain of the Warsong.

Durotan: Chieftain of the Frostwolves.

Azuka: Chieftain of the Burning Blade.

Ner’zhul: Chieftain of the Shadowmoon. Highly respected.

Orgrim Doomhammer: Chieftain of the Blackrock.

Kaz the Shrieker: Chieftain of the Laughing Skull, second mate of Durotan.

Rexxar: Chieftain of the Mok’Nathal. Technically more of a philosophy than a clan, but many are half-ogre.

Fenris the Hunter: Chieftain of the Thunderlord, eldest Frostfwolf sibling.

Born in the ancient temple-fortress of Karabor, Yrel was originally training to be a priestess, like her uncle-figure and mentor, Vele. However, that changed when a being introduced only as Catalyst appeared before the Draenei. He described the coming events that he had forseen, including the deaths of many thousands of Draenei to a demonically-controlled Orcish Horde. While many amongst the Draenei favored a preemptive strike, Yrel advised her "uncle" that it would be far better to convince the orc clans of the evil posed by the Legion, starting with their neighbor and highly-respected orcish leader, Ner'zhul.

The meeting with Ner'zhul was disrupted almost devastatingly by a pack of eredar, summoned by Gul'dan secretly, pretended to be Draenei and attacked the meeting. The three guards that had come with her and Velenara were slain, as were Ner'zhul's own guards, and as the last eredar prepared to strike down Velen, she claimed the crystal war-mace of a fallen Vindicator and slew him.

From then on, she swore to defend the innocent from the Legion, and immediately began training as a paladin. Taking to the training like a fish to water, she quickly rose both in power and rank, until she was personally handpicked along with Maraad to be the military leaders of the Draenei, subordinate only to Catalyst himself and, technically, to Velen.

Vereesa Windrunner

Veeresa is the youngest sister of the Windrunner trio, and also the only one who remains an official member of the Quel-dorei, with Alleria's loyalty now to her Master, and Sylvanas slain and raised into undeath.

Forming her own sub-faction, the Silver Covenant, she has been deployed by the Council of Silvermoon to liase with and assist in research the Kirin Tor, with their attempts to devise a method intended  for the reversing of the Forsaken's state of undeath. Though not explicitly stated, heavy implication was made by the Council to focus on the recovery and salvation of their own fallen heroes, Sylvanas and her Rangers, over the undead humans that form the majority of the faction.

While it is well known that the mage Rhonin has a significant attraction to Vereesa, it appears that she is either totally oblivious ( unlikely, to say the least!) or is actively ignoring this attraction. Whether it is in favor of another remains to be seen...

It is well known that she still loves and respects her sister, Sylvanas, even striking one of her own cousins who dared speak ill of The Banshee Queen.

Sylvanas Windrunner

Sylvanas is the middle Windrunner sister, but also arguably the most successful. Not only did she become the Ranger-General of Quel'thalas (the highest military rank achievable for anyone other than the Royal Family), but she also managed to form and keep "alive" the rebellious undead faction known as The Forsaken. Born a mere decade after her older sister Alleria, and only five years before Vereesa, she was exceptionally close to both of her sisters. The trio went so far as to make an oath that they would never accept a man into their beds unless he met with the approval of the other two, and oath she and Vereesa kept even after Alleria vanished into the Twisting Nether.

While she has committed many horrific sins for the survival and betterment of the Forsaken, she is nonetheless haunted by guilt at these crimes, and secretly prays to The Light every night in the hopes that a solution to all of her troubles will present itself.

Born some three thousand years before the original opening of the Dark Portal.
After arriving on Earth via the Twisting nether, she was immediatly set upon by a Dementor, from which she was saved by Harry Potter. Accompanying her rescuer, and the only being she "knew" on this strange new world, she ended up assisting said human come into his own in combat of the magical and physical sort, as well as politically.
An expert Ranger of Quel'thalas, she is an expert markswoman and woodswoman. her skills include Tracking, Hunting, Assassination, and Trapping (of both animals and sentients). She is also highly skilled with a pair of long daggers, but prefers not to use them.
Immortal, but not invulnerable. Capable of inhuman feats but still able to be slain.

Revan (Harry Potter)

Born Harry James Potter on planet Earth on July 31st in the year 1997.
After the arrival of Alleria Windrunner from Draenor via the Twisting Nether, he began expanding his approach to magic and life in general.
A powerful mage, he is nonetheless highly capable with his blade-staff, the blade and pommel of which he can channel magic through at will to aid in his physical attacks. Also a highly capable Summoner of the Elder Primals.
Immortal, but not invulnerable. Can be injured or even killed if he sustains enough damage. Is capable of rapid recovery, but also endures loss of fatigue like any normal human.
Chose his new name, Revan, in homage to the same character of Star Wars lore, a powerful warrior who turned himself into a boogeyman in order to ready the galaxy for the attack of a true evil, the True Sith Empire. It is Harry's desire to do the same, if needed, to prepare Azeroth for the Burning Legion's return.
After his defeat of Imperator Mar'gok in Single Combat, he took the Title of Imperator and the Throne of the Gorian Empire as his own, according to ogre tradition, and began to modify, upgrade, and fortify the clan holds of his allies.
